We understand—sometimes something just does not work for you, and you wish to return your order for a refund. If the products you ordered were purchased from our website www.skinstep.ee and are eligible for a return, you have up to 14 days to withdraw from the order.

1. What does the 14-day right of return mean?

Good question! We have a 14-day right of return, which means you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you received any product (products) you ordered from our website. To withdraw from the contract, please fill out and submit the Refund Form on our website. You have 14 days from the date of the withdrawal to send the ordered product (products) to us. You do not need to provide a reason for the withdrawal.

By withdrawing from the contract, you cancel the contract that was concluded when you received our order confirmation by email. Your right of withdrawal begins on the date you received your order. The right of withdrawal applies if the seal on the product or its packaging has not been broken or tampered with.

Please note that we do not currently offer product exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return the product and place a new order.

2. When can I return my order?

You can return any product(s) from your order if the product was purchased from our website and the seal on the product or its packaging has not been broken or tampered with.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned to us in accordance with the following conditions:

  • the seal on the product or its packaging has not been broken or tampered with;
  • the product has not been opened or used;
  • the product, its packaging, and all accompanying materials are not damaged or missing;
  • the product, its packaging, and all accompanying materials are original.

This allows us to ensure that your order is of a quality suitable for resale without compromising health and hygiene.

Please note that if you return all the products from your order and you have received additional products from us as a free gift with that order, these additional products must also be returned in accordance with the conditions in order for you to be eligible for a refund.

Important! This all requires that you withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you received your order and send your order to us within 14 days from the date of that withdrawal. We will not issue a refund if you withdraw from the contract more than 14 days after the date you received your order, or if you send the product(s) from your order to us more than 14 days from the date of that withdrawal, regardless of whether the order is eligible for a return or not.

3. When can I not return my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot return your order if any of the following conditions apply:

  • the seal on the product or its packaging has been broken or tampered with;
  • the product has been opened or used;
  • the product, its packaging, and all accompanying materials are damaged or missing;
  • the product, its packaging, and all accompanying materials are not original.

If any of these conditions apply, you cannot receive a refund from us.

Please note that we will not issue a refund if you withdraw from the contract more than 14 days after the date you received your order, or if you send the product(s) from your order to us more than 14 days from the date of that withdrawal, regardless of whether the order is eligible for a return or not.

4. Do I have to pay for the return?

The short answer is: yes. If you place an order on our website and wish to return any product(s) from your order, you are responsible for all costs associated with the return, regardless of whether your order is eligible for a return or not. We do not cover any costs associated with the return, such as delivery fees, taxes, customs duties, or other costs.

5. How do I return a product?

To return any product from an order placed on our website, you must first notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you received the order. To withdraw from the contract and receive a refund, please fill out and submit the Refund Form on our website.

Important! Products from different orders cannot be returned in the same package. The products from each order must be returned separately.

  • If you wish to return one or more products from your order, return them in a single well-packed package.
  • If you wish to return all the products from your order, return them in a single well-packed package. Remember to include all additional products that you received as a free gift with that order.*

*Please note that if you return all the products from your order and you have received additional products from us as a free gift with that order, these additional products must also be returned in accordance with the conditions in order for you to be eligible for a refund. If you do not return the additional products received as a free gift, we reserve the right to withhold the refund for the returned products until the additional products have been returned to us. 

Please note that you are responsible for your ordered products, including any decrease in their value while they are in your possession and until we have received them. Make sure to pack them well, as we will not issue a refund for products that arrive in a condition that makes them ineligible for a return.

Important! You are responsible for returning your order. Please send it back to us promptly after withdrawing from the contract. We recommend using Omniva, SmartPosti, or DPD for the return.

6. When will I get the refund?

Finally, the refund. Once we have received the product(s) you sent to us, we always inspect the returned products before issuing a refund.

After inspection, if your order is found to be eligible for a return according to the conditions, we will issue a refund promptly, and no later than 14 days from the date of contract withdrawal. However, this requires that we receive the product(s) you sent within 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

Please note that refunds will always be issued to the same payment method you used for the original order. For example, if you paid for your order with a credit or debit card, the refund will be issued only to that same card. By law, this does not affect your legal rights.

  • However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the product(s) you sent, or until you have provided proof that the product (products) have been sent to us. Please keep all receipts and other documents related to the return until the refund has been fully processed. If the parcel sent to us arrives without identifying information, we cannot guarantee that the return will be processed or that a refund will be issued.

Please note that you are responsible for the products you ordered, including any decrease in their value while they are in your possession and until we have received them. Make sure to pack them well, as we will not issue a refund for products that arrive in a condition that makes them ineligible for a return.

Important! This all requires that you withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you received your order and send your order to us within 14 days from the date of that withdrawal. We will not issue a refund if you withdraw from the contract more than 14 days after the date you received your order, or if you send the product(s) from your order to us more than 14 days from the date of that withdrawal, regardless of whether the order is eligible for a return or not. 

7. Exception: I received a defective product. What should I do?

We are very sorry about this. This should not have occurred. However, if your order contains a defective (faulty or damaged) product, or if we have sent you the wrong product, we will refund the full cost of the defective products. We will also cover all costs associated with the return. If all products from your order are defective, we will additionally refund the original delivery costs of the order. Please keep all receipts and other documents related to the return until the refund has been fully processed. If you received a defective product, please fill out and submit the Refund Form on our website. Please always inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if any product is defective.
