1. Omniva – 3,20€

Popular! If you select Omniva as a delivery method, your order will be delivered to the Omniva parcel machine you selected when placing your order. You only pay a 3,20€ delivery fee.

Information about Omniva:

  • Delivery via Omniva is available within Estonia only.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you place an order on the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Please note that during promotional campaigns or public holidays, delivery times may be extended by 2–5 business days.
  • Parcel machines located outdoors are accessible 24/7.
  • Parcels must be picked up within 7 days of arrival at the parcel machine. Please pick up your order as soon as possible, otherwise the parcel will be returned to us. If the parcel is returned, we will refund the cost of the products from your order. However, we will not refund the original delivery costs of that order or costs associated with the return.

 Instructions for receiving your order:

  1. Once we have processed and dispatched your order, you will receive an email at the email address provided when placing your order. This email includes a tracking number, which you can use to track your order here: https://www.omniva.ee/en/track-and-receive-parcels/.
  2. Your order will be delivered to the Omniva parcel machine you selected when placing your order. A map of the parcel machines and additional information is available here: https://www.omniva.ee/en/locations/.
  3. Once your order has arrived at the parcel machine and is ready for pickup, you will receive an email and an SMS to the phone number you provided when placing your order. This email and SMS include a pickup code, which you will need to pick up your order. Go to the parcel machine, enter the code, and the parcel machine door will open.
  4. Enjoy your order!

Important! Please always inspect your order upon pickup and contact us immediately if the parcel is defective (faulty or damaged). If you received a defective product, please fill out and submit the Refund Form on our website.

2. SmartPosti – 3,20€

Popular! If you select SmartPosti as a delivery method, your order will be delivered to the SmartPosti parcel locker you selected when placing your order. You only pay a 3,20€ delivery fee.

  • Delivery via SmartPosti is available within Estonia only.

3. DPD – 6,20€

Exclusive! If you select DPD as a delivery method, your order will be delivered by DPD courier to your private address (to your door) that you provided when placing your order. You pay a 6,20€ delivery fee.

Information about DPD:

  • Delivery via DPD is available within Estonia only.
  • Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date your order is dispatched from our warehouse. If you place an order on the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Instructions for receiving your order:

  1. Once we have processed and dispatched your order, a DPD courier will deliver your order.
  2. On the morning of the delivery, you will receive an email* at the email address and an SMS** to the phone number you provided when placing your order. This email and SMS include information about the delivery time, with a 1-hour time window. During this time, the courier will arrive at the address provided when placing your order and hand over the parcel.
  3. If the courier is unable to reach your address, you will be contacted by phone. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will take the parcel to the nearest parcel locker.
